The following templates are examples that are being used during the 2020-21 school year for the cycle of continuous improvement. These are reviewed and adjusted monthly by the Instructional Leadership Team and School Improvement Team. These teams then take this information with actionable next steps and measurable performance goals back to their grade level teams, departmental teams, and PLCs. This monthly cycle of continuous improvement has four steps: (1) Review and reflect, (2) Revise, (3) Implement, and (4) Monitor. This monthly process serves as a ongoing "checkup" to evaluate progress, ensure the school and each component of the school are on the right track, make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement, and create the culture for continuous improvement.
